I’d love to see other people’s “systems” because I’m drowning a little.
My dog, Luna, is 9 and has heart disease plus she gets occasional fainting episodes (vet thinks it’s related). I’m in that place where I’m constantly thinking, “Did I give the pill? Did she pee? Is she breathing weird?” and it’s making me forget actual normal life tasks.
Show me your set-up - what in your home makes daily care easier? Like physical set-ups AND brain-saving hacks.
Right now the only things keeping me afloat are:
- Meds in a weekly organizer
- Phone alarms (but I have so many alarms I don’t even trust myself anymore)
- A puppy pad “landing zone” by the back door for quick potty breaks when she’s wobbly
Also… favorite low-effort enrichment for days when you’re exhausted? She can’t get too amped up because her breathing gets weird, so I’m looking for calm things.

These are all Luna's 🥺
